Earth Angel's Parents

So I decided to design Earth Angel's parents, for fun.

I've had the idea of a kelpie mother for Earthy in my head almost ever since I imagined her, so I had to incorporate that into the end design. Not sure if she will actually be a kelpie or not, but she lives in Everfree (that's why Earth Angel was born there), in the mires. Her design is based off of standard [white] kelpie myths of yore: a fine looking horse, with a wet mane that trails weeds. If she is a kelpie, she is tied to Everfree, and as such has a mysterious and somewhat dangerous quality to her. EA inherited part of her mother's personality and connection to the earth and plants, in addition to the body and eye color.

EA's dad on the other hand is kind of a fun-loving ditz. Happy-go-lucky, excitable, not the brightest in the sky. He is a weather pony. As you can see, EA inherited the mane from him, and not much else She can't fly, much to her father's chagrin.

I tentatively named the mother Water Willow, but I'm undecided on daddy-o. Perhaps Sundown Cloud.
