Wow, long time no see. Hello, all, I hope you've been doing well. Yes, I did fall off the face of the earth. Yes, I did stop drawing for the most part. No, I don't know when or if I'll ever get back into the normal swing of things. I'm not sure if I will ever open again for normal commissions like flat colors or full colors. What with a full-time job, and depression and anxiety taking up most of my time these days, I find it very difficult to focus or be creative at all. I appreciate everyone who has followed me through the years and still enjoys the kind of stuff I used to make. And while I am not really back for for good just yet, I am kind of testing the waters here with the following message: 

To Anyone Who May Be Interested, I am taking deerb recolor commissions!!!!!!!

"But Shaddie, what does that mean?" Well, it means I work from a simple base that I pre-made, which I then color and edit parts of (if applicable) to depict your own unique character!

"Oh, so what kind of edits are you willing to make?" If you take a look at this first batch I made, you'll see the kind of edits I am comfortable making. Basically, I am very flexible! I am willing to add wings, horns, antlers, fangs, fluff, different tails, even extra heads! I can do whitetails, muleys, caribou, musk deer, or any kind of deer or deer-hybrid creature. I have even made a goo-deer. That means that if you want your TEF character made, with all of their crazy faces, face accessories, horns, spikes, and tails, I am totally willing to do that! I only ask that your characters be deer-like in body shape so I don't need to redraw the entire thing.

"Ok, so how much would this cost me?" For the low, low price of $10, YOU could be the next owner of one of these amazing deerbs!

"And what exactly does the $10 get me?" I'm glad you asked! Your $10 will get you a full-size version of the recolor I make for you, and also a smaller version with a transparent background. The smaller version is what I will upload together with the others once I complete the 2nd batch of these guys. The full-size version is free for you to use however you wish. I can also give you a full-size version with a transparent background should you request it.

"But Shaddie, that's boring!" Well it might not be as exciting as a fully colored, fully shaded piece with a background and dynamic pose, but I just wanted to let everyone know this is what I was up to because this is the first and only time I've opened for any kind of commissions in over a year, and it may be the only time I open for commissions for the next year or two. Hey, everybody! I hope everyone is having fun outside in this beautiful sunny weather! Coonkun and I took our dog, Hydro, to the dog park yesterday, where he proceeded to run around like a lunatic and then slammed himself directly into the trunk of a tree! He was limping the rest of the day, but today he is doing much better and is now happily chewing on his new toys that I bought him (because I felt bad, he was so sad yesterday!)
